Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the Monday following. Orders placed for Express Delivery must be received by 3.30pm.
Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Overseas Shipping
Delivery to your country is added at the checkout. We are unable to deliver to your country if your delivery destination is not listed in the drop-down menu at the checkout.

What to do Next?
- Complete the returns/exchange form you received with your item
- Repack your items carefully with all the original tags and packaging
- Print off a returns label
- Attach the returns label to the package
- Drop your package off at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office
- Keep your proof of postage and tracking number

Refunds
Once we have received the return, the refund will be processed within two business days.
It can be frustrating to wait for a refund, but please be patient. Refunds typically take up to 21 days; that amounts to 14 days from the time you send us your order and we process it, followed by 7 days for it to go through the banking system.
All returns are checked for quality; items should be returned in brand-new, unused condition, with labels attached, and in the original packaging whenever possible. If you do not follow our returns policy, you may not be eligible for a refund.
Can I return an item if I don’t have the original packaging?
No packaging, no problem! Simply place your items in something waterproof, and sealable.
Can’t find your returns/exchange form?

Policy for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be in new, unused condition, including intact packaging. Barcode labels and branded tags must all be attached and intact. You can return your purchase within 14 days. We will only accept items purchased on deadbrave.com for a return or exchange.
